Kevin P. Byrnes, Attorney at Law

Attorneys in Firm – 1
The largest part of my time is spent in Estate work in the areas of Guardianship of minors and Incompetents and administration of decedent estates. This area also covers name changes, will drafting, adoption, disability appeals, etc. The next largest area is realestate and involves residential and commercial closings of all types, tax free exchanges, lease drafting, review and negotiation, landlord/tenant disputes, etc. The last area deals with the formation and counsel of small businesses, including corporations, partnerships, LLC's and sole proprietors. My work with business includes drafting, consultation and negotiation of contracts and other documents, sales and purchases of small business enterprises, administrative and regulatory agency problems. I handle various non-related matters for established clients, but generally limit myself to the above areas, as there is a very healthy overlap of knowledge and experience required. For areas I do not cover, I like to maintain relationships with other counsel with whom I have experience and to whom I can confidently refer my clients for their needs.
