Charles Perry

I run a general practice, with a client base that includes individuals, small businesses, and medium-sized business. The bulk of my practice involves dispute resolution in a number of areas, including employment and labor, contract and tort disputes, intellectual property disputes such as trademark infringement, tax, disputes between partners and/or shareholders, and disputes between trustees and beneficiaries. I also have a small estates, trusts, and probate practice, and a growing counseling and advice practice. In this last field, I advise clients on labor, tax, and business organization matters.
