Gary Thomas

I have practiced personal injury and criminal defense law in Texas, Montana and South Dakota since 1972. I have over 25 published opinions and have tried over 350 cases to a jury. I have published articles, lectured on DWI/DUI Defense to other lawyers for over 20 years, created a new tort in Montana for violations of the State Constitution and have argued over 15 cases to state and federal appellate courts in South Dakota and Montana. I grew up on a black angus ranch in southeast Texas, where my family has lived since two years before the Alamo. I love the law and I loved helping people.
