I have changed the focus my law practice to accommodate the current foreclosure crisis. I am now representing homeowners involved in foreclosure cases. I am fighting the banks and challenging their right to bring foreclosure cases based upon their inability to prove that they own the loans they are foreclosing. I still take cases in other areas of practice including criminal and civil litigation. In criminal defense matters I can help you in complex, multiple defendant case as well as in other felony prosecutions. In Civil actions I represent victims in plaintiff's medical malpractice and general liability personal injury claims as well as parties claiming breach of contract. I am licensed to practice before both federal and state courts in New York. I am fluent in both Spanish and English. I accept professional referrals of cases for trial.
