Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My 14 year old son has been in the sole custody of my ex-spouse. He committed vandalism to property, was charged, and ordered to pay restitution. Does Florida law require that a non-custodial parent be responsible for restitution and court costs of a minor child?

I am making an educated guess that you are probably still responsible. That said, you should contact a family law attorney and ask their opinion.
