Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I went to get charges dropped at the states attorneys ofice and they put me to talk to a victims advocate she never let me sign anything just made a report that I was not pressing charges but they already filed with the state without talking to me first can they legally do that and was I suppose to sign a paper for charges to get dropped she said they will probably send me to court for disposition I don't want nothing to do with the case

The decision to press charges rests with the state alone. They often consider the wishes of the victim, but are under no obligation to do so. There is no "form" to sign in order to drop charges.
