Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pennsylvania
my mother rec'd a notice to quit or vacate (not sure which yet). She lives in a trailor she owes and simply rents the lot from the trailor court she lives in. She was trying to tear down the trailor and she was told by the property company she can't continue. How much is she able to do if she has received this notice? Can she tear down her trailor if her intent is to leave the property?

What sort of notice she received is important. It's a lot harder to evict from a mobile home park than an apartment or even home. Another issue is what does your mother want to have happen. So gather that information and give me a call Monday. The call won't cost you anything.
