Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
i moved into my rental property in october and i received a notice stateing that my home is in foreclosure in march. i want to know my rights as a tenent and if my landlord did not get a co (i really dont think my house would have passed ) would i be entitled to compensation?

Your rights depend on what your lease says. The foreclosure does not automatically change your tenancy. It may change who gets the rent. The condition of the property is a different matter. We can discuss that if you call.
