Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
We owner financed 1 acres of land. There was no written contract. It was a verbal agreement. The buy has had 6 years to pay and has not done so. Also, the taxes have not been paid (as agreed) and there is now a tax lein on the property. What do we need to do to take the property back?

IMHO u need a lawyer..but could try eviction services through Justice of the Peace..but you probably have a cloud on the title until properly foreclosed...
