Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Kansas
If the utilities of a house are still in my name, and I still have a key, is it legal for me to enter the house to retrieve sum of my belongings without the approval of my ex-girlfriend that still lives there?

in what position she is living there ? Is she a tenant to you?
It is not legal in any way to tresspass even if you are the owner and have the key with you. In case she is occupying the house forcibly, you can treat her as a tresspasser otherwise you will be treated as being tresspassed and will have to face the consequences of law
