Dear Sir / Madam,
An Agreement for Leave and License (ALL) is entered into for a lease. If the duration of the leave and license is less than one year, registration is optional. Stamp Duty of Rs. 1,200 is payable which is usually shared between the Licensor (Owner) & the Licensee.
