Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Hi ! I would like know if we have lands in two different blocks /tehsils, do we need two separate POAs (Power of attorneys) after obtaining a survivor certificate for executing our land ownership rights for lands falling under separate tehsils under one owner. Would be grateful....!
