Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

in a place the people in that place used to play in a school ground which is managed by some private management. they were playing for 30 years. in the last week the managment made a decision to stop playing in the school ground. whole people in the village are against this decision of managment. the managment is not doing anytjhing in the ground. is there any legal provision in support to the villagers? Like if an individual uses 12 years a way to walk in private land couldnt block the owner to dont use those land
