Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan

Sacked Employees Reinstatement Act 2010 effective from the date of enactment i.e. 08.12.2010 states as under:-

�WHEREAS it is expedient for the purpose of providing relief to persons who were appointed in a corporation service or autonomous or semi-autonomous bodies or in Government service during the period from the 1st day of November 1993 to the 30th day of November, 1996 (both days inclusive) and were dismissed, removed or terminated from service during the period from the 1st day of November, 1996 to the 12th day of October, 1999 (both days inclusive);

In view of the limitation as contained in the above Act, 2010

Section-2 (f) (iii) Person appointed or re-instated in service of employer during the period from 1.11.93 to 30.11.96, subsequently dismissed or removed or terminated on any charges:

� Appointed or Re-instated during 1.11.1993 to 30.11.1996

� Dismissed or terminated during 1.11.1996 to 12.10.1999

Incumbent was appointed on 25.9.1989

� Dismissed on 29.1.1992

� Reinstated on 20.11.1994

Again dismissed on 06.1.1999

whether incumbent is eligible for reinstatement in keeping with the above provisions of the Act-2010 on the subject, or otherwise, please advise
