Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

Sir, I have given ibps cwe clerk II exam in dec 2012 and I have cleared written examination as well as interview conducted by IBPS in March 2013. Inspite of clearing both the exam and interview many successful candidates are still waiting for their allotment of banks.

This is unfair for candidates like us who are sufferring by the wrong policies of ibps.

Is there any way to take some legal action against ibps so that we can get some justice.
