Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Sir,
1. I have passed matric in 1993 from KV Ahemadabad and inter in 1995 from KV Sukhna (WB) through CBSE board.
2. There is an error with my name in my certificates. My name is printed as Gurudeep whereas it should be Gurdeep Singh.
3. May you let me know whether this mistake of mine can be corrected at this stage now.
4. If yes to whom should I approach. At my level I enquired over this issue on net and came to know that Regional Office of CBSE, Ajmer be contacted, Is it correct?
5. What kind of documentation will be required for this kind of correction of name in my certificates.
