Sir, In a sale deed, the location/directin of plot are mis printedplot size is same. The regestrar office asked to pat full stamp duty with registration fee alongwith 2%per monthof penalty. What to do?

Yes. For Rectification deed, full stamp duty has to be paid with penalty if any.
