Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
Sir
Our close relative by cheating take my mother"s signed check from my home and he claim in bank for payment but due to unavailability of fund he could not get the money from my mothers account now he went in court for payment
in this case we had a fir in police station for check missing
Please suggest what should we do

1) Police will investigate and file charge-sheet.
2) Also stop payment of the cheque to the Bank.
