Legal Question in Banking Law in India
thanks for your answer sir, as a women enterprenur has the governmant give any facility for pre payment charges if it is any tell me sir and then someone has told to me one year before onlythat reseve bank has cancelled all these pre mature penalty charges is it is true sir .i have so many confusion in this problem please tell me what can i do hereafter.

As I am presently in U.S. I cannot easily access the RBI website. U can check up with the DBOD dept. of RBI. I don't think there is any special concession for women. You can also complain to Banking Ombudsman of your area/State for redressal against unreasonable steps by your bank.
