Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Bank of America has closed my 4 months old small business account all of a sudden without ant explanation. When I called the bank they gave me a toll free number and asked to select 2. I called on that number and that #2 was for account closure department. So the guy picked up the phone and told me my account is closed and it's a business decision. They didn't provide me any other explanation. So,. how would I get my account open again ? What might be the possibilities for closure of the account ?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Do not rely on verbal communication, You should insist on written communication from the Bank regarding closure of your account operation seeking reasons thereof.
