CHEQUE RETURNED IN CLEARING HOUSE TIME BUT CREDIT TO ACCOUNT AFTER THE CLEARING. PARTY FILE COMPLAINT THAT CHEQUE IS DISHONOURED WHEN THERE IS SUFFICIENT BALANCE? ANY DECIDED CASE
and also when stop payment information to be given -3 days in advance to the banker ?
