Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I was credit card holder of central bank of India , I have revived a bill of Rs. 27000 and as on September 2010 , I was dought which was not used by me hence i Wright a letter to the bank please send me the bills and account statement but then can't provide me any bills or letter I always trying to ask the bank about my card payment but they are not given any information , after 4 year may 2014 the bank sand me bill of Rs. 93000 /- again I write a letter and demand to the bills details now they send me bills of Rs. 100242/-
