Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Myself and my ex-friend had purchase a shop . But, due to some dispute we both are decided to divided the shop in two parts and vide one partition deed . I have one certified copy. But, my friend has already taken the original deed from register office. Now, I need a bank loan , but bank need original deed. My ex-friend has refused to hand over the original deed. Now is there any option that bank can sanction my loan with the help of this certified copy ? Is it acceptable by the Bank If sub-register can authenticate my certified copy as orginal , or there is any other option ? please suggest
