Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My father was having FD in the bank of Rs.600000.He passed away last year. FD is not having any nomination. what is the procedure to get the money.

1) Obtain Legal Heir Certificate. Produce to Bank along with Death Certificate.
2) Bank will explain other application, affidavits if any.
