Legal Question in Banking Law in India
good evening sir,a property owned by me,at well location.is rented to nationalise bank since 1986.there are no any agreement with us.only gave rented on letter basis.bank rise rent very littel.in 2012 i met agm for this matter.they agreeed to pay me resonsble rent,but unfortunate they transfor other.i have not any written by they.now new agm are not ready to pay increase rent.now what i do?pi.give advise @ arears.mob.no.9825153359,and my [email protected]

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can give notice to the bank to vacate and look out for a new lessee for your property.
