I purchased a property under sarfeasi act 2002. on 2007 but the concern bank have not yet make any sale deed for me. If it is worth to register here after or not.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should ask the concerned Bank to refund the entire money that you paid as purchase consideration for the property along with simple interest at 18% per annum.
