Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i got the legal demand notice behalf the icici bank ltdf for i was done manipal retail banking 1 month training. after trining i am joining a icici bank sales officer. in two month onjob trining afte pay thet refund in job salary. but after 1 month i left job so i am not paying this all amount so i have not able to pay this amount. for financial problem. if i get money then i will definatly giving that money.. my ssc marksheet is taking icici bank. then what i do? please advise me....

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the Bank is asking you to repay the salary for the notice period not served by you (which duration during the period of probation ranges from 7 to maximum 15 days), you should reply to the concerned Branch / Office of ICICI Bank stating that you have received the legal notice from ______ mentioning the above circumstances and facts as in your query, and inform them of your inability to do so.
