Legal Question in Banking Law in India

i got the legal demand notice behalf the icici bank ltd for i was done manipal retail banking 1 month training. this training cost is rs. 30000. after this course they gave me job as a sales officer in icici bank branch. the bank take my ssc original marksheet before the training. after one month training they gave 2 month onjob trianing. at this onjob trianing time they did not deduct my salary. the bank say after 2 month they will deduct rs 1000 every month in my salary for training cost. but after 1 month i left the job. and not pay the training cost. after 1 year they give me demand legal notice for pay training cost with interest is rs. 38000 in 15 day. after this notice 1 month left but i dont pay this training cost because of financial problem. when i earm good money then i will pay this training cost. but at that time i have no money. then what is the legal action can do the bank? i want to pay this amount after 1 year without intrest any way? plese sujjest me.
