Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My mother has deed leaving my father and me as legal heirs. I applied for a housing loan but bank informed me that as we have not recorded our name in the land revenue office. the property is not fit for equitable mortgage. How can I make my mother's property fit for equitable mortgage?

1) Ask ur mother to deposit title deeds if she is alive.
2) If not, get the revenue records mutated.
