Query regarding new scheme of Compassionate appointment in banks
Sir,
This is to inform you that my father late Shri Ravindra Sarkar was a bank employee in Purvanchal bank (RRBs) sponsered by State Bank Of India and was left to heavenly abode on 25 march 2013.
And till now i have not received any payments eg - gratuity, provident fund ex gratia payment in lieu of appointment .
Sir can i avail this new scheme of appointment because my settlement is still not yet made.
Sir kindly help me out from this please reply my query.
I will be highly grateful for your quick response.

Issue a notice by regd. post ack. due to the chairman of the Bank claiming what is due including compassionate appointment, requesting her to comply with your demands within two week of the receipt of notice. If nothing positive comes out, file a writ petition in the High Court
