Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hi sir
I have taken a loan from cooperative bank in 1998 & it is cleared in 2005 but the bank is not giving noc of my land because my brother has not clear his loan & his garuntor are dead what shall I do

1) If u r guarantor to ur brother, then they will not give NOC.
2) Otherwise issue legal notice to the bank.
