Sir Mai ek ltd. Company ka empoleyee hu ab muje kisi aur company me new job mil raha h to current company muje notice period me 1 month kaam karne ko bol rahe hai
But new job wali company 3 din me join karne ko bol rahi hai
Mai kya karu??

Dear Sir / Madam,
In case you have some unfinished work in the present Company, you should estimate the exact number of days it will take you to finish it, and you should accordingly inform your present employer to relieve you on that particular date and request your new Company to permit you to join them on the next day after that date. If you do not have any work remaining to do in your present Company, and if the terms and conditions of your appointment permit you to buy off the notice period, you should inform the new Company that since they require to join urgently, it is only fair that they reimburse the notice period amount, if any, that you paid to your existing Company to join them early..
