Legal Question in Banking Law in India

sir may name is vamsi krishna, my father an andhrabank employee expired in 8-1-2001....but till now we didnt get either job of exgratia......but now we came to know that compassionate appointments were reintroduced in national banks,,,,,,,,,,is there any chance to get job through compassionate appointment....

You may submit an application to the Bank requesting them to consider compassionate appointment of your mother or any other family member. Please note that it is entirely at the Bank's discretion whether to consider or reject your application.
