Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Sir,
i asked you the below mentioned question and you replied me that i will be in serious trouble if i initiate legal action against the Bank, Sir in this case the Bank has accepted that there is no customer complaint againt me for any debit entry also the Bank has suffered no financial loss because of my action and Police also given me clean chit in their enquiry still i will not get the justice in the court if i initiate the legal action against the Bank for removing me from the service.
While working as Bank employee i had debited saving account of my friends as per their verbal instructions and didn`t took their written consent. later on Bank took objection on such debit entries and suspended me, later on i have submitted the written debit consent, notarized affedavid of all the customers whose account has been debited by me, all the customers vouched for their consent for debit transaction in the Banks enquiry also the police had also conducted the enquiry and all the customers gave written consent to Police also, even after all these proofs the bank is not accepting my submission, what protection i will get if i go in the court against the Bank.
