Legal Question in Business Law in India

10 years ago i made an agreement to sell my shop because of my financial problem, which is in wholesale Rohtak vegetable market. The buyer didn't want to buy the shop but he said to the people that he had purchased it, but he could not make it registered and died in six months. Now after 10 years, his sons are not giving us the possession or the money which is now 10 times more than their father helped us. Can we get this shop back?
