I have bought some good worth 5 lakhs from party and given a PDC against it,now i found that goods are not in good condition and it expiry date is very near.

so now my cheque is bounced as i dont want to make payment now , and other party filed a notice against me.

its clearly mentioned in bill that GOODS ONCE SOLD WILL NOT BE TAKEN BACK,But he dont have any receiving from me .

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since the opposite party has filed a legal suit against you for the bounced cheque, you should file a reply to the notice clearly stating all the facts and the reason for you having stopped payment. If the goods have been couriered to you or have been sent to you by transport, the sender will have proof of having despatched the goods to you.
