Can an Enterprise company import goods by the use of Form M & opening Letter of Credit?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, in Nigeria any entity or establishment is entitled to import goods on the basis of Form M and opening a Letter of Credit (L/C) favouring the exporter.
