Legal Question in Business Law in United States

Hello, now a Entrepreneur/promoter rents out around 10 - 15 NightClubs Venues and hosts events in each of them for the night. Renting out all the nightclubs will be a big cost, but the promoter has the money for it. The Promoter makes ticket sales out of each event throughout all the nightclubs that he rents out for the night. At the end this would be a big Profit for the Promoter and will be taxed of his profits. Now I do believe that many nightclub venues already have the proper licenses required for events. I would just like to double check if the promoter needs any required Licenses to hold these events or not because the venue has all of them already. Thank You

Licensing requirements vary from one state (or even one city) to the next. You haven't said where these events would happen, so there is no way to answer your question. Besides, this business sounds like it can afford to pay for legal advice. It should hire a lawyer to review its plans in detail.
