Legal Question in Business Law in Nigeria

Good day,

I'm in quite a pickle with my business partner. We started an online real estate company and I am the principal estate review writer while he is the web and graphic designer , I have already written about 7 articles on the website and my partner has refused to put my name up on the website. At the beginning we decided that we would both be partners in the business. The stupid thing I did was not seeing the registration certificate when he had registered the company, this is all because I was too trusting of him and I really couldn't believe that he would swindle me.

Basically he didn't tell me that I wasn't a partner until I had written all the articles he needed to get the website started.

I really want to leave the business, but not until I get paid for the work I already did or if it will be possible for me to make him take down all my articles and not use them at all in the future unless he pays for them?

Lastly, in our contract it is stated that I would be entitled to a salary each month, although the business hasn't started making any real money, am I still entitled to the salary when the business starts making profits? The business started on June 19, 2015.

Please let me know what I can do and what kind of compensation I can get from this.

I'm just a person trying to get good advice on how to get out of a bad contract with some kind of compensation.

Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you favorably soon.
