can a government department give business to a spouse whose husband involved in a criminal activity (theft) in the same department.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Although there are no specific stipulated rules that the Government Department cannot grant business to the spouse of the husband who has been convicted in a criminal activity, it is a normal practice by Government Department's to refrain from granting any business to the spouse of the accused. Should you so desire being the affected, aggrieved party, you may file a restraint order challenging the Government Department move to give business to the spouse,

you have to take noc from commissioner of its dept or center vigilance dept.spouse must be fair and clearly submitting of inocme tax return with clear business activity.As per Fundamental law,every body have equal right to works,business.or employment.
