Legal Question in Business Law in India

I need to import dress materials from Pakistan. I don't have a shop. I need to take materials in bulk(50 kg) and try to distribute in indian shops. Is there any legal issues in this??

Hello

Before you can make any import you need Import-Export Code (IEC) from the DGFT. After you receive IEC, you can import goods into India, subject to payment of requisite custom duty.

You can very well distribute goods in India, without any requirement of shop. However, you will to pay VAT against the sell of goods.
