Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have left a company within 25 days of joining and sent a resignation through email and i did not sign any kind of bond with the company.Hr from the company says that they'll file an absconding case and i have also left my half month salary towards buying notice period.what should i do now? Please suggest me a solution

simply,you have to write letter of reason/any cause of reason of leave job.

Your approach is correct and legally valid and you can safely concentrate on your new assignment. The previous Company does not have a legally valid case against you which will sustain in the Court
