Legal Question in Business Law in India

i had lent some money and shares to my friend in need and he gave me post dated cheques with written assurance to pay in 3 /6 months time now it is four years and he is dilli dallying . i have come to know that hehas similarly cheated many other people? all his cheques hve bounced suggest remedy to get monney back
