Your home tuition is perfectly legal and does not violate any law till you plan and decide on how you are going to invest your earnings, as and when they are liable to income tax based on whether you choose to do it in your personal individual name or as a firm / company. Any form of advertising or canvassing of your tuitions done by way of a display / sign board put up just outside your house or in any area of the building or structure or common open space around or surrounding your home will entail compliance with that authority / body / municipality society's rules and regulations.
