Dear Sir / Madam,

Oke has not made any verbal or written commitment to Chukwu to sell the property to Chukwu. So if Chukwu, a minor sues Oke, the suit will not sustain in the Court. Haruna's intention to purchase being for utilization of Aso Villa for an unlawful purpose, Oke is legally entitled to rescind the Agreement and revoke it. Here too, Haruna suit will not sustain in the Court.

Regards,
