Legal Question in Business Law in India
My question is regarding company registration:
I am starting a company with 2 services, advertising and event management. So, I am planning to obtain the trade licenses under the mother company. Ex: I have decided the mother company name ABC under which I am getting the licences, but I am planning to start both the services with 2 different names under the mother company as 2 different divisions. Do I need to register both the divisions name also or only the mother company's registration is enough? How much would be the cost?

Yes the mother Company's registration mentioning the names of two Divisions in the Company should suffice. I suggest and recommend you engage a local Chartered Accountant to take you through the entire process and manage your business accounts.
