Legal Question in Business Law in India
I was running a hotel business from 2008. In 2010 iI hv got govt job and gave the business to my father as lease. In 2015 changed the lease to my wife with notary. the building, electric bill, pollution, fire certificate in my name. now I come to know that I should get sarai license. if I take this license in my name as owner, will it hamper my service? as all the documents reqired for this license in my name. or should I try to do this in my wife's name? plz help me.

Although I've already answered this query earlier, I'll elaborate further :SARAI or SARAL LICENSE - Whichever Department or Government Authority is asking you for this license, please fill up and submit the enclosed form in the following link to the Department or Government Authority.
