Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have seller account on Craftsvilla.com but they suspend my account without any notice and when i asked them reason they said there is no order received for long time hence management has suspend ur account. Can we do anything legal in this case.

Dear Madam / Sir,
I suspect your account with Craftsvilla.com may have been suspended due to non payment and settlement of their commission for all the online sales made by you through them. You should ask them for a latest Statement of Account, pay and settle the entire outstanding commission due to them, less retention for garment rejections, if any, and ask for fresh orders from them. Legal action is neither advisable nor recommended since it may hamper your business.
