Legal Question in Business Law in India
sir,
I am running a lodging business with gp noc, panchayet samity noc, fire safety licence, and others. no one said me about sarai license. and when I came to know abt this from others and tried to do so then the officers told that I am running an illegal business and would give me showcause letter.
now sir wht can I do to get that licence?
is it my fault to approach them for this license where many others doing this without this?
plz help me.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You may tell the concerned Officer(s) to first issue you a Show Cause Notice. Apply your own mind in business, Do not always do or perform any actions simply because all the others known to you are doing it.
