Legal Question in Business Law in Ghana
Walter sees a nice nokia lumia phone at Ultimate Phone Shop and wants to buy it. The seller said she is offering it for 1000$. Water tells the seller he will give him 900$. Walter then rushes to get the extra 100$ from his car which he has parked in front of the store. When Walter gets back the 1000$, the seller had sold the phone to Jennifer who was standing in admiring the phone when Walter was negotiating with the seller. Walter is angry and wants to sue Ultimate Phone Shop for breach of contract. Advise Walter.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since Walter originally offered Rs. 900/- there was no contract between Ultimate Phone Shop and Walter, so Walter cannot sue the seller for breach of contract.
